FUZO brother, start some Keflex asap or it could be troulble. that's the best antibiotic for abcesses that are hot to touch as I had one in my arm and leg but the second one was in my leg I was put in hospital for 7 days and iv antibiotics at home after that for 4 weeks. you better act fast or youll have a nasty scar if they have to pack it. go to dr asap please brother. its always best to have oral antibiotics on hand such as Keflex, clindamycin ( cleocin).
^^^^^^^yes but I work in addictions and mental health so I forgot a lot of wat I learned. baby is more up on things then me but that's my expierence. babys a wealth of knowledge all around. but I love my addicts and mental health patients.

I think I have a sterile abscess in my left cheek all the time. I have had a lump for a long time. Fuzo its gonna hurt but take a new syringe and push it into the lump. If it is an abscess you can drain it. I've seen guys poke it in and get 3 or 4 syringe fulls. It won't heal it but the discomfort and hotness should be less. I brewed some really wicked test once. Was really scared of infection added to much ba and bb. I was feverish cold sweats and a knot that wouldn't go away. I wish you luck. And pics please!!
Antibiotic's if it's infected. Hot baths, to help draw abscess to service. Dr visit as he can give you a injection of a strong antibiotic, if you don't see improvement in a few days and you start to feel ill, then get back to drs. He may be able to cut it in his office or send you to ER. Not something to take lightly.
Worst infection ever seen was from inj water base winny...ole boy had to have a chunk about a inch wide
and 2 1/2 inch long cut out...After I saw that I keep antibiotics onhand all the time!
Personally ive drained a abscess that was red n hot...I never had a fever but drained it myself
with a 18g and drained about 6ml of bloddy puss...Took antibiotics 500mg 2xed for 2weeks and
I was fine after bout 4-5days.....Hope everything worked out
Ok I have a big ass lump in my ass as well. Are we all using same source? I'm not here to glame my source cause the kid has treated me well but I'm worried so would those tht have an abcess from recent but pm their source plz so ill know if we are using same kid?
I have had multiple abcesses that actually had to be lanced in my glutes...funny thing it they occurred when i was OFF cycle!! lol...they thought I had endocarditis and that toxins were being pumped through my body...turned out not to be the case but one thing to note here: if you have induration (pain that is NOT in the center, it is spreading further out), it is a decent sign that it is infected...That is my experience...when the pain is pretty much just around the bump, it USUALLY doesn't need to be lanced...but when It starts to spread all over the area, watch out!!! lol
if you guys think you have an abcess then read my sticky at the top. most of the time it is a bad hit or missing the muscle, to much in one spot etc..... now fuzo has personal experience with an actual abcess so if anyone knows if they have it or not he would. you can also get some nasty lumps from going through scar tissue also

yeah I don't think a site that is hot, red and swollen necessarily means an abcess. I get that every now and then and typically it's a bad shot. Could be too much BA/BB in the gear as well but if most shots go fine then I would say its just a bad shot, possibly not sterile. Hurts like hell, and hard to sit down lol, but for me after a week it fades. If it's getting worse after a weeks time then I would think it's time to worry.
