lmao! sorry, i started laughing when i saw the subject line and had to click it open. ezskanken can ask some serious questions that can be taken another way sometimes.
i put that shit in my mouth and swallow it whole lol, but on a serious note i just douse my mouth with some water and swallow that stuff hitting my chest for a distraction, it helps getting the medicine to go down. the worst thing i have ever had to put back was powdered b-5 mixed with water, and ive mastered that now.Comment

Chewing leads to faster absorption and when trying to keep things timely, it's deff best to swallow whole so they break down in the manner they are supposed to...also...YUCK..LOLPAIN DON'T HURTComment

Just last week I took a hand full of stuff, which included 2 drols, 2 vars, 1 nolva, 1 cialis, 1 multivitamin, 2 caliums, and 2 omegas.
I generally take them all in one big gulp....well fml one of the drols or vars, or could have been the nolva stayed behind by mistake...well as I moved my mouth I broke the pill down, and it tasted like a dogs dirty ass.
I have always swallowed
