    hello everyone.

    So, I usually use long esters and have decided to switch things up a bit. Ive been using NPP, prop and TNE and am looking for new places to pin. I'm not scared of it just need some input on where to stick next. I normally use glute, quad and sometimes shoulders. Matter of fact I did the suspension in my shoulder and that hurt . Any tips would be great guys!! So I'm looking for advice on where to stick, gauge of needle and size. Thanks for all the help everyone. There is a reason this is my home board

    everything said and done here is for entertainment purposes only. i don't even really workout i just pretend like i do so i can have big friends

      Bro shoulders are prime location for many shots.

      I also grew up poking my quads....so much space there for plenty of rotations.

      I can't reach my glutes any longer, anytime i hit the 220 range I can't reach. SO THE Only places are my shoulders, and quads.

      If I am desperate I will do a huge dance, push myself against the wall, make a dance and reach one of my glutes, but this is my last resort.

          how much fluid do you usually dump into your shoulders?? like what would you say the max would be 2cc??

            When I run shorts, I tend to go with 25g 1- 1 1/2" because of the frequency of injects. As far as spots, I'll start with right leg and go right around the horn...right glute, delt, left delt etc so when I get back to right leg, sufficient time has passed for another pin. Unfortunately, pip is something we sometimes have to put up with when using short esters. Massage the area well before and after...I wouldn't go more than 2cc in delt, but that's just me

              Just like anything start with something and test it out. I did not start with 3ccs from day one, but all my shots, no matter where are all 3ccs because of how I cycle.

              I generally poke my front delt on an angle with a 24gauge 1 inch dart, or the side head deltoid as well.
              Quads always 3CCs as well, and I can hit at least 2-3 locations on the same quad...always on a bit of an angle too.


              Sure start with a 2cc shot and play with that for a while.
              Make sure you rub the area really good....a good few minutes, to make sure the oil dicipates.

                i am almost identical with zoot on this one. i do chest for my guinea pigs as well. now if it is the first time hitting a spot you want to use as small of an amount as you can 1ml or less in most cases to cut down on pip. virgin spots are notorious for that

                    My bad...I usually do glutes/delts but lately been incorporating quads. I feel u can take 3ml in delts but wd probably wanna work ur way up to it. I always use 25g 1" . I have had some severe pain a couple of times in quads so will try and rub before and after and see if that helps
