  • OPINIONS resized the pic I think?

    This is me last june after a super low dose cycle....

    wk 1-8 sustanon 250mgs/week
    wk 1-10 Tamox (nolva) 10mgs/ED

    I am 23 5'10" 165lbs.... approx 11-12%bf...I was on a stricked diet and doing cardio (when that pic was taken I was not doing cardio anymore for about 1 month and my diet was faultering)

    I am guessing on my BF how much do you guys think it is?

    This years cycle again is low dose and is as follows

    wk 1-12 sustanon 250mgs every 5 days
    wk 1-14 Tamox 10mgs ED

    45min cardio 5days a week
    train 5-6days a week
    stick diet (approx 2200-2400cal day....150-200g protien,,,200-250carbs,,,30-45g fat....Eat every 3 hours)

    do you guys think if I stick with the cardio and stick diet this year I can get below 10%bf??

    I think since you did so well on low doses last time you should get pretty good gains on this new one as well.
    I would agree your probably around 12% in the pic. Are you going to try to lean up DURING the cylce or after. Cuz 2200 cals damn that's not much, but you are shorter, and I'm sure you know your body. Either way, with enough hard work you CAN get to 10%. Make it happen bro.

    Also 35-40 gms of fat? While your on that's probably not to big of a deal, but when your not I would increase your fat intake in order to make sure your hormone profile is good. Fat is not the enemy.

      thx for the opinion/advises....That pic was taken last year and unfortunately I have put on a tire since,,,,im a university student and student life is not an asset to bb..lol...its [spare tire] almost gone due to my diet and cardio for the past month and a half...In about 3 weeks I will be at the same bf as in the pic and my start date for the cycle is May 1st....the reason I am eating such low cals is due to the fact that primaraly my goal is to get below 10%...any lean muscle gain is bonus hoping to be at around 175lbs at 10%BF by mid june...

      oh ....and I am leaning up during the cycle [I know most guys would suggest other AS for cutting cycles but water retention is kepped to minimum with the tamox, and sustanon is the steroid that currently fits my goals to a tee

        Sounds good bro, I just commented on the calories cuz I only weigh 194 at 6 foot, and I would lose muscle on that amount of cals. But again you sound like you are doing well with what you are currently doing. Again I would say ad some more fat and cut the same amount of cals from carbs. You need the fats bro, they do way for things in your body than carbs. Good luck. I'm sure you will get more responses from some experiences guys.
