This is me last june after a super low dose cycle....
wk 1-8 sustanon 250mgs/week
wk 1-10 Tamox (nolva) 10mgs/ED
I am 23 5'10" 165lbs.... approx 11-12%bf...I was on a stricked diet and doing cardio (when that pic was taken I was not doing cardio anymore for about 1 month and my diet was faultering
)
I am guessing on my BF how much do you guys think it is?
This years cycle again is low dose and is as follows
wk 1-12 sustanon 250mgs every 5 days
wk 1-14 Tamox 10mgs ED
45min cardio 5days a week
train 5-6days a week
stick diet (approx 2200-2400cal day....150-200g protien,,,200-250carbs,,,30-45g fat....Eat every 3 hours)
do you guys think if I stick with the cardio and stick diet this year I can get below 10%bf??

and unfortunately I have put on a tire since,,,,im a university student and student life is not an asset to bb..lol...its [spare tire] almost gone due to my diet and cardio for the past month and a half...In about 3 weeks I will be at the same bf as in the pic and my start date for the cycle is May 1st....the reason I am eating such low cals is due to the fact that primaraly my goal is to get below 10%...any lean muscle gain is bonus
hoping to be at around 175lbs at 10%BF by mid june...
