it can come out of suspension if it gets cold or if the raws are exposed to moisture or something like that. people i know that have had stuff crash just reheat it up and it goes back into solution but be careful cause if it crashes in the muscle you are in for a world of hurtTGBSupplements REP

for most, if it is crashed, boil water and then set it off and sit bottle in water and make sure water does not reach top, insert pin to vent. after a few min shake and then sit in water again for a few pull out shake again and let it sit out to come to room temp and try it then
