just for information purposes if u want to grow a size bigger try metformin. i use it and it keeps you pumped 24/7 and who else has good things to say? as its like slin but you wopnt die from it if u screw up but anything could go wrong. but i love it.

i like to use it when dieting and i have dabbled a bit with it bulking. very effective at driving in nutrients for sure cause like you stated the pumps are just plain nasty

its making a comeback as i couldnt even get it there for awhile. but everyone who uses it gets a size bigger in a few weeks.i use it yr round now. dieting and bulking like the one mod said.it was the drug to use in the early 90s as slin was just in its early stages and everyone was scared to use slin so they used metformin. very unique drug.

I'm very versed in metformin use... Let me warn you of a side effect that has changed me. This is sort of gross... I took 1500 mg a day on and off for years. I noticed that I was getting increaseing common vomit burbs(throw up a little). I started getting them in the middle of the night. It's a shocking thing to be woken up to and requires you to get up and drink water.
I also noticed that I would have very loose shits. I felt like l could not fart or I might have a leak. I images this to be very similar to the diet pill that cause "anal leakage". Then one day it happened I thought it was a fart and it was not! It has Happen several times and honestly I have never been the same. I live in this constant fear of shitting myself. I have not taken it it in several months and I still get frequent vomit Burps and I can never trust a fart ever again...

^^^^sorry to hear this brother. but ive ran it up to 3,000mg ed and no problems, i believe you but i never in about 4-5 yrs had a problem. but see we are all different. its rare wat happen to you but it does happen. even gear can cause the same thing. it can cause ulcerative colitis and colon bullshit to but its rare but if your the one suffering i hear wat your saying big guy. just everyone who uses it most people dont have problems like this. but do they happen? of course but thats with anydrug. i fuked up my kidneys through yrs of opiate abuse from to much tylenol in lortabs, then i got into worse drugs but never street drugs. but iam sober now. so take the warning diesel said and make your own decisions.

i got that same crap (literally) from a bad case of dysentery during the war. they said it will never go away fml on that one. mine also came with heart burn like a mofo as well. nothing like having to have a change of clothes with you every where you go cause of bad guts. i freaking hate it and eating like a bber makes it even more fun. cool thing for me is that when i dont steer away from my clean eating it isnt so bad, meaning i dont run to the john immediately after eating.

i also have had good success with met during prep phases also. i may give it a go since unclem says its a good bulker as well

I run a fair amount t of glucose disposal agents while bulking and plan to use metformin once I start my prep.

The cleaner I eat the better I feel. It's mostly mental, I'm just always affraid of shitting myself now.
I was also taking growth, igf and slin at the time so I may have just gone too strong for too long. I don't feel like I'm going to shit myself out of no where. I just don't feel comfortable farting anymore. And real rich food is risky. Crabs are off the menu forever.
