Constantly blowing up from eating/drinking. i keep diet log in wordpad every night i write down and add up cals... forexample yesterday's diet is posted on the bottom for u to see what i had..
now I find it REALLY painful to eat ... it takes me like 30 min to FORCE it down with alot of water.. ( or it wont go down) is that what u all do when ur bulkin? or should i take it easy for now till the week 3 or something? ( i'm on 5th day of my 500mg enth, 400eq, 30dblz)

Total Protein= 309.3 = 1237.2
Total Carb= 394 = 1576
Total Fat= 119.5 = 1075
Totatl cal = 3888.2cal
