I was thinking that after I finish my current cycle that I would just stay on the test @ 500mg/week until Im ready to start back into another cycle. By doing this I can avoid PCT - clomid, nolva etc. correct? My cycle now is test c, tren, eq, winny, halo and GH.. What do ya think about this?

A "cruise" is completely relative. If someone is around 5'10 200lb some what lean 250mg EW will be fine for a cruise. But someone at 250lb lean will need more to support the muscle, ie 500 or 750 etc. trial and error is the only way to truly accomplish what you need. Just remember a cruise is meant to let your body rest and get back to healthy levels in cholesterol, liver values, RBC etc. and also help you keep your gains.

Re: Cruising to avoid PCT
500mg/wk is far from a cruise but rather a cycle. TRT scripts range from 100mg-200mg/wk. So if you want to cruise and blast drop down to a TRT dose of no more than 200mg/wk for a few months then go into another blast.

Also what Shrek said is correct, and there are other variables that might raise the dose. Example I have two friends, one weighs 175lbs his hrt dose is 200mg/week and another friend his 250 his prescribed hrt is 325mg/wk...
I will also add this I self hrt, I cycle, and sometimes I cruise...blood work on cruise and hrt dose are very similar...my hrt dose is 250...my cruise is 500...and I'm very healthy. I come off completely at least once a year to get a "real" blood work baseline also.
Bottom line is be careful and listen to your body...Oh and use hcg!

Re: Cruising to avoid PCT
ive also never cruised before but was wanting to this time around at the completion of this cycle. I am still relatively young at 31 yrs old to cruise and never come off so im still taking that into consideration. i do not have any kids and am unsure if i ever plan on having any. by staying on test yr round and never coming off im sure could really jeopardize me being able to have kids if i ever wanted to some day. correct me if im wrong with this assumption?
