I would drop it and only use it if you experience gyno symptoms. Nolva inhibits igf levels..which is not ideal for growth.

Dropped the nolva and it seems to be coming back a little bit but not what it should be. I am only on 12.5 aromasin EOD.
Gains in the gym are amazing though.

i just like to add if u can use test cyp i would choose that next time as to test e as cyp dont bloat you as much and its surprising as there only off each other by 1. other then that u got great advice.
