I have small traps and chest, so I'll avoid it for now. Shoulders and tris don't scare me. A ton of veins, nerves, and blood vessels in the bi, so I wouldn't recommend that to my worst enemy. Anyone ever hit their hammy? I think that would have to be the worst shot ever!!

Everything is good. No stiffness, no tightness, nothing honestly. If I didn't think about, I would probably forget that I hit it yesterday, ha ha. Pitts been telling me how much he loves hitting his tri's, so I think I'll try that one next and my next small pin day. I seriously think my body just likes the cotton seed oil better then grape seed oil though...

I've been hitting my quads with no pip whatsoever, maybe it's the cottonseed oil like Ez said.. 2 to the left and 2 to the right quad so far and can't tell which one I hit the next day.. Lovin it haha..

I don't notice any difference between the cottonseed and grapeseed. I used to think that CS was more sore the next day, but once my body adjusted to it, it was the same as GS.

Occassionally when injecting I get like a twitch. The muscle I'm injecting in will flex. Probably banging a nerve. I injected in my traps as a go to spot for years... Then I had the twitch and somehow when I twitched the needle and syringe got pinned inbetween my ear and my trap. I jerked and I buried and bent the needle. Thankfully it did not break... No more trap injections.
