hey guys i know this is a silly question but i just took my first 2mcgs clen tab ever, how long will it take b4 i feel anything??? just curious.

and by feel i mean the energy up, body temp rise and stuff....just the inmediate stuff and supposed side effects..it s my first day and first pill.

usually like ephedrine, if its enough to kick the it will do so within a very short period of time....under 30minutes for sure. most likely sooner. if nothing, then up the dosage of course.

OK it s been more than a couple hrs and dont feel nothing special....should up my dose today or wait till tomorrow?
by the way didnt sleep last nite dunno y..could this affect

up ur dose to 40-60 mcgs than u'll feel it. Remember 2 wks on 2 wks off and taper up than back down, the 2 wks off i would do a eca stack or nyc stack so u dont have that speed withdrawls

Ohhh! by the way remember u won't able to sleep much because of the clen, i got insonmina (sp) big time, but i have some ambian on hand

absolutly, some melatonin and valerian root should do the trick for ur sleep. If u have prolblems with cramping and when u do a clen cycle cramping u will get 99% of the time. Now take 3g of Taurine in the moning and 6g at night with ur melatonin and valerian. Taurine is god for me espically as an athlete I CANNOT cramp and i do take creatine and at times clen and taurine is the bomb bro trust me.

2mcgs???? Do you mean 20mcg tabs? I usually feel it around the 6-8 hour mark after ingestion, that's when I start to get twitchy.

10mg ambien and 1mg xanax at the ready over here at all times! clen/ECA/fina is a *****! prefer kava over valerian though. liver might disagree.

hehehe me tooo bro, 10mg ambians are fing great for a clen fina cycle. But ur right as well with kava. I sometimes when i run outta my ambs i stack them 3 together: melatonin, valerian, kava.

me too on the herbal stack. kava liquid, valerian liquid, and melatonin sublingual (even though i still say its not worked for me alone). the ambien seems to knock me out for 6 hours....but i toss the last two hours or so. whereas xanax knocks me out for the 6 hours or more and i sleep better the last 1/4 of the morning. not sure why? just started with ambien though....so we will see how it goes. usually use xanax.....but a buddy had 80 of ambien generics for $100...so i took them.

i feel it in about 10 minutes,and my friend said the same exact thing. the only thing i notice is that i build up as tolerence quick.
Day1:.40mcg Day5:im up to at least 4 of the .40's.

Has any1 taken both liquidex's clen and a pharmacutical grade clen and notice a big differencebetween the two?
