CALVES DON'T HURT! NOW THATS FUNNY. I CAN BARELY WALK AFTER HITTING THEM.
OUT OF THE THREE YOU LISTED DELTS HURT LESS BUT MIGHT BE HARDER TO GET AT. TRY SHOULDERS FOR SURE THE BEST FOR EASE AND LESS PAIN.Comment

When you're doing ed injections, you'll pretty much have to hit some areas more than one time a week.....at least I do. I can't reach some areas to inject, like my glutes and tris so I have to hit quads, delts and bi's - sometimes more than once a week....no biggie
How can you not reach tris?! Just move your arm....Comment
