  • Least painful injection spot?

Ok, I'm getting ready to start my Spring cutter and I've committed to doing Fina for the first time. I've never done ED or EOD injections. I've only ever hit quads. I've decided to do EOD with the Fina. I'll also be doing Test and EQ biweekly.

So, I'm going to have to hit other areas besides quads. Well, I guess I'm gonna do glutes for sure....just hard as hell to twist around....I don't know how I'm gonna aspirate and plunge, but people apparently do it all the time, so I will too.

I've decided I need at least one more spot. Of the following, which would you consider the least painful and easiest for a newb to EOD injections? Delts, Bi's or Tri's?

    Thanks!

Bi's are the easiest for me, and less painful too.

never done bi's but I like delts because it dosn't hurt as bad as tris on me but I am sure with ed or eod injects you will try them all. have fun bro

calves! give em a try. the first few times might hurt, but they become virtually painless once you find the sweet spot.

Between those three its delts all the way!

I would say from a pain perspective for me:
          Ass
          quads
          calves
          delts
          bi's
          tri's
          chest- ouch.

Calves. Never hurt (25g 1"), just don't poke right in the center (nerves) go to the left or right.

i do every day injects and use quads every day, three spots on each leg, lower, middle, and upper. each spot gets hit every 6 days plus more control being able to use both hands, thats why i dont like hittin in delts or arms...

Of those 3 choices, I like tri's the best. I have big tri's, easy to hit, and always painless! Shoulders are pretty good sites too, though sometimes they can get sore, but it's worth it.

                        Glutes are definitely least pain...

But of those you've listed it's definitely, definitely delts.

You can do that with out having any problems? I thought you wasn't suppose to inject in areas more than once a week.

When you're doing ed injections, you'll pretty much have to hit some areas more than one time a week.....at least I do. I can't reach some areas to inject, like my glutes and tris so I have to hit quads, delts and bi's - sometimes more than once a week....no biggie
