Glutes for me, I just shot shoulders yesterday and had to wire lights above my head all day today. man did that suck!

i like outer quads, anywhere between top of pants pocket to 1 finger length up from knee. i shoot short esters/lowermg stuff there 75% of the time and wife hits delts with higher mg stuff.
