i read like half of this but let me tell you....
i started with a 5.2 40 yd at 255 pounds, 20%++ BF
9 months working out till football season with my team(d1, no you dont know where)and a few clen cycles to cut fat.... 245, 10%bf... 4.9 40 yd...
1 cycle of 8 weeks on winny, working out alone(so no coaches)
from 245 to 227, lifts all up like 30 pounds, prolly squated like once every 9 days, NO SPRINTS AT ALL....i ran a 4.7
granted you would have to work much harder to get that last .1 but i would say a cycle of winny would be all you would need with proper sprint training-=Rome=-

also in case your wondering... for d1 testing you shouldnt get tested until AFTER the first game and even then its totally random.
they call about 15 random people on your team in the middle of the night and you gotta report at like 5 am the next morning to piss..... kinda sucks heh
i would totally reccomend winny if you even think you need something else add some fina and do a 6-8 week stack of them both
bro as a d1 player i can say its all you will need since your obviously a DB/X
make sure your power/hang cleaning, lunges, squats, sprint training, and vertical jumps, best shit for speed-=Rome=-

thanks rome for sharing that. thats pretty damm awesome u dropped all that weight and down from a 5.2 to a 4.7. I think ur right with a little winnie and maybe test susp i should be good to go. .1 is such a big jump but if i want it badly than i'll get it. thanks bro

Hey Grease speed is directly related to explosive power. Suspension and prop are excellent choices, anavar is a good add. Top level sprinter have been insulin loading creatine for years. As far as Winny goes it is used more in athletics to heal muscle tissue, strains and pulls.
Btw I WAS a college running back and clocked a sub 4.5 at 228.
