Fellows, I need to know how to cut down on my forty yard dash. I know winstrol is great for fast twitch muscle but horrible on the joints, so kinda scared to take that as I run my sprints, dont wanna pull an anthing. If any of you guys have any personal experiance on this matter or recommandations it would be awesome.
I will be doin plometrics and all speed training stuff, also with lifting i'd be doing power cleans and all explosive excerices.
