That is interesting because D-Bol has never bothered my liver either.

On the other hand, Anadrol and Winstrol use my liver for a punching bag.

Same here. I used dbol for 10 weeks last cycle with no supplements. I can afford one or the other, not both. Anyone using AAS should understand that liver toxicity tests on AAS have typically come from studies of AIDS patients who have been on steroids for a year or longer. Because they aren't healthy to begin with, NO ONE knows for sure if the toxicity is a result of AAS, other experimental drugs they are taking at the same time or simply their compromised immune system.

r-ALA has been proven to be a better anti-oxidant for the liver.

don't take too much of the vitamines, too much can actually cause higher livervalues. High amount of protein is also a factor that can elevate livervalues, not just the kidneys..I'm a living proof of this. Checked livervalues with different amounts of protein, with very high intake of vitamines and so on.
                  also some herbs are toxic
Another thing is never to overdo gymtraining. To much training will make it harder for your body to rest, to repair. If you feel overtrained, don't train.

I'm one of those who checked livervalues while taking ALA, and they were elevated even though I took 2500mg ALA, and I did't even take any orals. Stress, overtraining, too little sleep, are all factors that people ignore.

I would get some Tylers, r-ALA, Cranberry Ectract AND MILKtistle. Milktistle helps, but howe much is individual as everything else.
