If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I have not been on this board in sooooo long. Had to create a new account because i lost my old email addy and had to create another one. Its good to see some old names still floating around on here and was really impressed to have someone remember me after all this time. Goes to show how many good dudes are on this board. great to be back. and its great to be back in the gym.. GOD i missed it. Looking on starting a cycle soon. i lost so much weight over the last year. My brother just passed away recently and i dropped about 20 lbs just struggling with that.. im ready to tear things up again in the gym. GOD HELP ME LOL
