I have both NAC and Milk Thistle... Just a heads up. Guys I sent MxxC82 here so he could learn and grow with the site. And like I said MXxC2 best place to get all the info you need. Also for what they are saying about PCT is very true, clomid and nolvadex is what you need to run if you can get it. If you look on this board you will find places that sell it. And for everyone else I sell a product in my store that has a Natural Test Boosters and Anti-Estrogen in it. It is tried and true and actually just got pulled so what I have left is it. No more. Very good product. I told Mxxc2 to always have everything on hand prior to a cycle and to come here and research everything. I told him around 400-500 mg of test a week to start. He was doing the 150mg once a week which was a waste in my opinion for what he wanted. Take time MxxC2 and read up on this forum... You will learn a lot here. We do protect everything and everyone here. Very close family. So always protect your info we share...

I think the 500mg/wk for a first is overkill all though most do it that way. I have seen many 1st cycles produce 25# gains with 10 weeks of 250/wk. My first was 350/wk for 8 weeks (prop) and gained 30#. Not saying your wrong, I've just always been a big fan of low dose first cycles, no reason to jump into 500 a week when you wont gain any more than 250 a week. Good job directing him to a board, you did your good deed for the month.

I ran a low 300 a week cycle first and honestly I wasn't pleased. I was in shape and thought I was goig to get more out of 10 weeks. I did tell him no lower than 400 but 500 is still safe for a 10 week cycle and follow it with PCT. I have had friends do pretty good on 400 for first cycle and then I have also seen where they needed a little more. But the gear also makes a different. Some cheaper companies can be under dosed and can make a huge difference in a complete cycle. I think he is on the right road now. Better than the before plan he was on.

I've been doing Celebrex for several years, after my 3rd & 4th knee repairs, and have had no problem, thus far, while injecting deca/test E stack.

My only inflammation problem, other than prior celluitis, was when I had injected too close to my knee and I had noticed a large bump near my knee cap. Now, I only inject on the tris, bis, or upper/mid quads.

Thanks for all the info guys. It makes one a little nervous getting thrown a lot of info at all at once, or maybe just for me, and trying to process and understand what my body needs while trying to get everything i can out of it for 10 weeks. I worked my ass off for almost nine months without hardly any noticeable gains is why i turned to something greater than myself, i feel this is a very unique and close group here and there is a lot of knowledge and glad to be a part of it. When it comes to something like a cycle i try to walk on egg shells, STS, as to where i get and who i share my info with. Thanks again everyone and here's to big gains!!

9 months isnt exactly a long time to build a base, so I'm sure you started before you should have but it least now your starting to get an idea of what you are getting yourself into. Steroids are a drug not a miracle worker it will take 100% dedication to your routine, diet, and lifestyle to get any more gains on cycle then you did for those 9 months. Post up your diet complete with breakdown of carbs, fats, pro, in each meal and the timing during the day in the diet section. I can lend a hand with getting that on the right track and I'm sure others will help you too. Same goes for your routine and we can critque it for you. If you didnt gain for 9 months something is off or most likely everything is off, meaning diet and routine.

most likely everything was off, i was trying to put the same ends of a magnet together the majority of last year with my diet and routine, daily life didn't leave a lot of time for full dedication either. I will jump into the diet section and post up about my bulk diet and start getting some recipes and what not. BTW, a lot of cardio was in play last year due to me racing motocross and is why i didn't gain much, but i was fit to run a 2hr. race no problem

I know that putting on size is a long process, i am aware that i should probably have waited a little longer before starting a cycle but I felt i needed a little boost so i got one and as long as i eat clean and healthy the right amounts i will see results sooner than later. looking forward to all the support and i hope i can give as much of it as i get from the rest of you guys.
