Protein question

    What about someone who regularly consumes high protein? Our bodies adapt somewhat. Are these 30-45g guidelines for a 150lb guy, or a 250 lb guy? Soemone who weighs 240 with 10% bf, can digest much more protein that a 170 lb guy at 10%

    See where im getting at, its too hard to tell. I imagine the upper limtis are somewhere around 70-80g, but who knows really? Im guessing.

      i just eat between 50-60 grms every two hrs

        I just make sure to get 40-50grams of protien per meal. If I eat a meal with more pro i get gas. Nothing like the smell of a protien fart.lol
