Phew, I was thinking 123, WTF are you doing T3 for!! But i see your a women. It probaly is an increase in carbs. Give yourself a few more weeks to have your T3 levels normalize, then try another low carb diet with a good fat burner like Thermonex. T3 levels are blunted when carbs are low BTW.

Ya, it sounds like its not for you. In my case, I cant use higher doses, but 25mcg is great for me. I get the heart palps and stuff when I go higher than 50mcg ed. The weight gain, MIGHT be b/c you ate up a lot of muscle mass, and lost your metabolic advantage. 25mcg is not a high dose for someone like me (being 300+lbs) but for someone starting at 123lbs, its a little more of a dose IMO. I still dont think its a real "crash" and I do think its more water weight from putting carbs back in, and a bit of fat from loseing muscle mass, but I could be wrong, and it might be a good idea to go to the doctor and get some blood work. If you dont want to tell him you did T3, just say you have been gaining weight and want to get your thyroid checked b/c its comeing on to fast.

Personally I am having great results with 25mcg ed. I been on for a little over 2 weeks, and havent had any sides but sweating, and I have lost a substacial amount of BF.

Low doses like 12.5 mcg, and 25mcg are not worth it IMO. You are barely going above baseline level, if your going for fat burning. If your on a cycle, it will increase protein synthesis, but not much more than that. I wouldnt run t3 unless, my protein intake was 2g per lb, I was on a decent cycle with androgens, and I ran at least 75mcg a day.

I’m kind of scared to see the Dr. I’m under my fathers insurance and I don’t really want him to know. Can I give it a few weeks and if I’m gaining more then I’ll go see the Dr. How does that sound? Right now I do feel it is water weight. My abs are softer and jiggle a lot more than usual.

If you look at my post about low doses of T3, it seems quite a few people get some good results with it. It might just be a 4-5% increase in metabolism like you said though, but thats STILL an increase, and a very minimal risk.

Well your the exception to the rule. I will dig up a study on CEM that Nandi posted, where he shows 25mcg does little more than increase protein synthesis, and raise basal metabolism 4-5%.
