      Its preety easy gaining I just eat and take my supps.bcaas,post workout shake and pre work SHAKES FROM LEGAL SCIENCE and try and get rest but I havent had a problem gettinng results.I never come off so if i'm doing a certian type cycle for how ever long I want to do when I decide i'm done with it i'll just change it up. but before I do another cycle I'll get blood work done to make sure bu

        Well like FUZO, I've been on HRT for almost 2 yrs so in reality I never come off either, but when I raise the supps, it's for a long time before I go back down to HRT doses

          i dont come off....i may this summer...but i dont know. i usually just maintain a hrt dose

            HRT comes in many forms. What are you guys actually running and for how long?

              Don't know if I am being paranoid but I am now losing weight,I rocketed to 220 but was bloated,switched to tren and added arimedex ,bloat came under control
              Weight hit 232 ,I stopped the tren and eq is about to be in full swing,weight remained constant for a week or 2 and then steadily declined to where I am back down to 223lbs now
              I a$ consistant in my eating,3800 to 4200 cal a day,a lot has been shakes,but real food tuna shakes not suplements
              With at least 3 to 4 solid meals a day
              My bf is dropping a lot,I started at a
              higher bf than I usually do at 16 percent I reckon I am now at around 14 percent.
              Strength still climbing 10 percent a week give or take.
              Should I increase calories or just wait it out?

                      Its always a good sign to see strength increasing.If ya didnt then we would have a problem maybe with the gear or eating but it looks like you have those both covered good. If ya have any questions digital post the dont hesitate

                        Thanks,I am sure of the gear from the bloat of the test e and the pain of the tren which made me moody as hell lol feel much better off of it.
                        Also its a very rep ug lab here ,I am so used to a 2 to 3 lbs week on week course but I usually stick to test only and the occasional deca dbol test cycle.
                        First time I am using ari throughout and first time eq in decent quantities.which I think is keeping water gains low
                        Also diet super clean where before I cheated a lot more,but because bf was so high tightened the diet up a bit.
                        I am very excited to try the tren aty the end of the cycle because I believe I will hopefully be at 12 percent bf and hopefully 20 or more pounds heavier over the next 20 weeks odd
                        With the weight,when should I consider eating more or getting worried over gear?wait another 2 to 3 weeks and check bf again?

                          from reading this it seems that you have your diet pretty dialed in and you gear is obviously working. Don't change a thing. If you go 3-4 weeks with no gains and you arne't still leaning up then you may consider changing the diet a little bit, but i don't think that you will find that a problem. Just stay the course man. eat right, train hard and watch the gains come. don't play mind games with yourself as this will hurt your gains. KNow that your growing and gaining strength.

                            Thats the Tren kicking butt- Like Fuzzy said , if the strength is still climbing sit tight where your at

                              I'm on Test Cyp @200mg/wk for ever- no end in sight(HRT)

                              if your talking cycle- the next will be

                              wk 1-31 Sust @600wk
                              wk 1-31 Test E @300wk
                              wk 1-15 Tren E @600wk
                              wk 13-30 EQ @600wk
                              wk 25-31 Winny @40mg/ED
                              Possibly IGF-LR3 for PCT(lol) 60mcg for 50 days
                              Then back to HRT

                                myself I use HRT cyp 300mg a week. I see my doc soon and will be asking him to switch me to prop 3x a week.

                                But right now i'm on a combo of

                                prop100mg/mast100mg/tren100mg 3x a week
