So here is a question:
Is it even Possible to "over train" while on gear and eating truck loads of good clean food?
Now I don't mean spending 10 hrs at the gym and doing 5000 sets.
I am talking about a guy like myself, 5'7" 185 lbs, D-Bol, EQ, and Sust. Spending hour to hour and a half doing about 5 excercises with 8-10 reps going everyday.
If it is not possible then can anyone please explain why my frikin arms won't grow lol.
