I'm pulling half a ml of d-bol then 2ml of the juice in my pin....then removing the needle and squirting it in my mouth....its working cus my pumps are insane.

that is another way i use to do it but drink alittle more grapefruite juice it helps all meds work better

refrovit b that shit was so dirty.... as everyone else said its a 17aa just drink it. its not worth the risk of infection.

^i'm gonna go with everyone else. i do like the drawing it up in the syringe first idea. if you put it in a glass, the oil could stick to the sides or bottom of the glass, not allowing you to get the entire amount. draw it up into the syringe, take off the pin, and squirt it in ur mouth....kinda what lilmofo does with his boyfriends.
