      CJ - I am only advocating it in certain situations, and only for sports. You have to look at the timing of it all, By the time somone that would be doing it for sports 19 may be too late. I'm saying if an athlete has shown dedication by lifting since 7th grade 6 days a week and is a monster by sophmore year but is still slow, and does a cycle for speed, I see nothing wrong with that. It pays for college and is not out of sheer vanity like most of the punk kids your refering too.

        Yes, it does sound like a good idea, if sports is all you care about. but what about the long term side effects that result from shutting down the HPTA and never getting back to the peak levels that were available before.

        i don't care if it's an all american 17 year old football player who's looking to get a lot bigger or faster ... sure they can justify it in their minds, but later on in life they'll probably be thinking differently.

          I dont think their reason for gear should matter. I'm doing gear for sheer vanity, no question about it. I want to have a better looking body, I could careless if I can bench 315lbs or run 100m in 9 seconds.

            I am sorry but you are not "training" at 11yrs old! Holy crap! Your body is still growing past your teens. Why waste what god gave you?
            17 yrs old training-21yrs olc. 4 years is more than enough. But the people who say that I am 19 and have been training hard for 6 yrs. HAHAH

                To me, the bottom line is: if you KNOW how to train and how to eat (not just think you know), you don't have to wait until you've reached your "genetic potenital".

                If you don't know the basics, you'll most likely lose your gains when you're off cycle. All that risk for nothing...

                  People will always do what they want regardless of most advice. That is just in the general nature of people, which is fine by me.

                  Personally the saddest thing to see is the pursuit of unrealistic expectations that will most likely not be achieved. So much time effort and energy is put into an endevor that has no gain, some folks just never recover from the blow, which leads me too, my own little 1/2 penny

                  Young athletes and AS. If you're a good athlete and you think AS is going to take you pro, think again. Their are so many naturally genetically gifted hungry tigers who think this is the answer to dreams and glory, ie the magic bullet, and the sad truth is most likely this is not so. Remember wherever you are in life their is a downside.

                    Ive been training 5-6 days a week since i was 12, I have some pics of me at 15 & 16 i will post them some time in the next week or so i garuntee i was more jacked then than alot of 19-21 year olds are now.
                    btw i hit puberty in like 4th grade so some people develop faster than others.
                    So i think it really depends on the person.

                          Man if you hit puberty in the 4th grade then your test level are way off the chart! And you just proved to me that you dont need AS

                          4th grade=9-10-11yrs old. Unless you were held back a couple years then well I have my doubts.

                          Sorry man. But if you did and as I said you are prob a genetic freak (not in a bad way) and you should be massive without any AS.

                                like i said bro ill post pics when i get a chance btw i was 10 in 4th grade but the bad part bout hitting early is you also stop early because puberty is a cycle and only lasts a certain number of years (different for everyone) In the pics im gonna post im 5'6 190 thats at age 15 i think i was like 15% bf though im just saying that some people are ready for juice by 16 or 17.
