IMO...Doubling the Test E to Deca ratio should nullify the infamous deca dick. Test E - 600 mg ew (T300, Th300 ) and Deca - 300 mg ew (M150, F150). Great gains along with a great sex life. JMO
In my 40's as well and have cut down on the Deca slightly but still try to fit some in for the joints.
