    That is what I have ALWAYS used to take care of my gyno.. Winny tabs. Figured it out by accident once. Had my right gland removed years ago but my left used to get out of control sometimes. Only takes about 20mg of winny/day for me.

    Some folks say that is complete BS.. But I can tell you firsthand that it works for me.
