all the above like he said. But imo if its not bad I say screw it let it be. If it doesnt look like you have boobs then dont use anything imo. But if you get man boobs then try that stuff or get the gland removed

A-dex or Nolva if it aint bad. If things are getting out of hand- then Letro! but thats only with a compound that aromatizes into estrogen(Test- D-bol and the sorts)- if its from Deca or Tren- then Bromo is the answer

If it's gyno or the start of it you will usually get some tenderness and possibly a small hard spot.
If that happens use something quick or you can always play it safe and use a low dose anti-e from the start.

if you've never had puffyness or any symptoms I wouldn't worry about it but have something on hand regardless.

I almost always get some puffyness when I get into higher mgs but it will usually subside after.

This could simply be some water/etc.
But I usually run a low dose anti-e these days after having a cycle where I didn't use anything and the puffyness turned to a hard spot.
Now I don't take the chance.

If it get's too bad there's not much that can be done except surgery and I'm trying to avoid that by any and all means necessary.

Like i said, if you haven't had problems in the past don't worry too much but maybe have something on hand just in case - especially if you're going to larger cycles.

i use aromasin,which out of all anti-e's in my opinion is the best.just not for the wallet lol

Aromasin is the best (at least for me it is) 25mg EOD should help you out. If you can't afford it, try Nolvadex at 40mg ED.

i like to combine nolva with winni. being on how winni attaches to the same receptor as estrogen just by using winni you will cut down on th eamount of estrogen that can be recieved by your body

Arimidex is the best, but also costly. Keep in mind, you can prevent it from getting bigger, but I doubt you will reverse the size. The only way to do that is surgery, or go off completely and see if the size decreases. If you are sensitive to gyno, stick with non androgenic drugs...Deca, EQ, Winny, Primo, Tren, Anavar.
