I love dnp. I find it best to run at a moderate dose, for me 500 mgs crystal. and run it with fina. you've got to drink a hell of a lot of water, but the fat loss and muscle retention is unbelievable. I bumped it to 750 mgs for a 5 day run and damn near didn't make it through. learn your limits and you'll be fine. Lot's of people run about 250 mgs a day for very extended periods of time with great results and minimal thyroid shutdown. the only thing I don't like about this tis that I don't see you gaining while on any amount of dnp even if a steroid is added. but this is jmo, I know others would disagree with this concept.

To answer your QUESTION, you should start to feelthe effects on about DAY 3.
I am currently running a DNP cycle and have ran several before.
8 days @ 500mg followed by 8 days @250mg totaling 16 straight days. I am running the powder form and I love the stuff. I do not use AAS while on DNP. I feel it takes to many carbs away from the muscle cells that need them to grow while bulking.Everything I say is not real...I'm an alien and we all know aliens are not real.

yeah, once this stuff gets in you, your ATP stores are geting depleated, if you want to speed up the process run a keto diet a few days before starting the DNP.Originally posted by TxLonghorn
Immediately.
750 mgs of crystal will suck, but as long as you watch yourself everything will be fine and you can get some good fat loss in as little as 7-10 days. personally the last time i ran it i dropped 10lbs in 10 days. not to shabby imo, and i was only at 600mgs/day for the last 6-10 days.

taking ATP? The reason why we take DNP and what makes it an effective fat burner is that it interferes with the conversion of AMP and ADP to ATP, which is our major source of energy, in simple terms. So if you were able to take ATP and it was able to reach the mitochondria where it is needed (which I am not even sure is possible, maybe injectible?), you would defeat the purpose of taking DNP. Hope that sheds some light on the matter.Originally posted by iamdwalrus
I'm pretty thick when it comes to DNP. Would taking ATP help replenish it?
