That looks like some kind of flesh eating desease, not acne. I used to have acne as a kid and I knew some kids with really bad acne.....nothing like that ever happened. He either got some really really bad stuff or he got some kind of desease or virus or infection or something. Just look at the pics and how it's all concentrated in one general area. If this was aas related acne, I would imagine his back would be worse than his chest.
I think he was doing pec shots and probably got some really bad stuff and it just ran wild until he got on antibiotics. This would expalin why it got so bad so fast that by the time he went to the doc, he was already fuked. Just think about the times you guys get a painful lump, do you go that day? No, you wait to see if it goes away. I bet this kid did the same thing, he waited and then it spread like crazy.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
