I think you have no test in there, therefore you have no cycle. My generic recomendation is 400mg of test and 300mg of Deca or 400mg of EQ per week. But your stats and goals would be real helpful. If this is indeed your first cycle, see hwo your body reacts to the drugs, as far as body mass changes, i would not run T-3 unless you have hit a real platuea in weight loss, and you have done previous cutting cycles. Clen is ok, but i see more results less sides off of ECA. T-3 is kind of a last ditch effort in weight loss.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Whats up Roby, I am not an athority on gear but I do read alot and frequent the other forums on this board. This is coming from experiance. If it were me I would go a little further naturally. you should improve on that 17% bf before gear.Get your diet in check. I did my first cycle with about the same stats as you but my diet was not very good and had 0 gains. I got my diet in check and have had unbelievable gains since. Roids are not a miracle worker, everything has to be clicking for them to work. I am saying this so you dont waste your money like I did."There is no such thing as big pussies just little dicks. Yes very true, if his diet is clean, he can drop bodyfat, and increase mass at the same time, especially since this is his first cycle. If his cals are slighlty above his maintenance, high in protein and moderate in carbs, and good fat, he will be amazed at the results.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
