bro u need to get serious about before u start using roids...if u r such a hard gainer you should know that your best bet for training is 3 times per week, based on free weights...squat, bench presses, bent over rows, dead lifts, shoulder press, pull ups. etc heavy squats will help you a lot! be patient though.

your calories need to be up to 3 to 4000 per day, my lil sis eats 2200 and shes lean, so 2500 aint good at all.

rest a lot, avoid cardio and running as well as sports like basketball or in which youy have to move alot.

and for your 1st cycle i d wait to get some gains first and then i d hit some like deca, test enath & winstrol

                Thanks for the continuing advice.

I do not seem to have trouble putting on weight, its just that is seems to be more fat thatn anything else!

3000 to 5000 cal/day seems like a lot, and obviously most of it must be in carbs. What kind of carbs are you guys taking in
(high/low glycemic) to get that many cals. and what time of day are you doing it?

if you bulk bro, you gonna put on some fat.Just keep your training simple.each body part 1 time a week.10-12 sets per body part. To put on mass you need to build strength. You do this by doing HEAVY compound excersises like deadlifts, squats, rows , chins military.ect. Dont bother with the isolation and cable excersises. reps around 6-8. Do this and eat like a horse and i gaurantee you will grow.

                    Pigmeat,

Thanks. Your suggested regiment is almost exactly what I have been doing since Nov. (except for the "eating like a horse"). Heavy freeweights, 1 muscle group per day per week, simple exercises (no sqats because of knees).

I'll take another look at my diet and try to work in some more carbs in the morning and a little more protein throughout the day.

Thanks again to everyone for the advice.

i ate 4000-4500 cals for a bout 2 years straight. 3/4 low glycemic (oatmeal, yams, wheat bread) 1/4 sugars postworkout, and jellies in the morning. Buy yourslef a couple jars of natty PB too, even know i go thru at least 2 a week.
