Now, lets say someones BF is 15%. To get to a BF of 10% would just a reduction of 5% bodyweight net that. This would be if enough protein was consumed of course,hence muscle is intended to be spared.
For example. Mr Joe weighs 200 #'s with 15% BF. He wants to be 10%. 5% of 200 is 10 pounds. So, six weeks later he's 190. Question is did he do it ,is Mr Joe cut up.
