  • How can I cut up naturally?

    UPDATE GUYS: 3/14/03


    How can I cutup naturally guys without taking any roids or anything like that. What methods do you all use. Right now I did chest and biceps with a 12-15 rep range. I did 3 exercises per muscle with sets 4, 3, and 3. Im drinking shit loads of water right now. Plan to go to the track to jog for about 20 mintues tonight. Im tired of looking bulky already. Need a little change. So what do you all do to cut up like this. I know I need to eat clean too.:p

    mad, mad cardio. 45min of intense cardio every day, a very clean diet(under 100g Carbs/day). Diueretics could possibly help as well.

      Cause right now im around 15% bf. I have this little layer covering my stomach, its just that little problem thats messing up my stomach. I quit drinking and all. No more junk food, except right now that I ate a little bag of doritos, hehehehehe. But I guess tonight I'll run it out.

      Oh is it possible to see some good results in around 2 weeks or so. By eating right, training, and cardio. Ive never have cut up before.

        do cardio in th morning on an empty stomach. Run 200meter sprints later in the day. don't eat carbs late at night. in fact don't eat carbs at all. w/ the exception of after exercise. up your protein intake.

          I dont eat carbs after 6pm. I know I feel like shit and all but I just dont. You ran track or what bro, cause I got a buddy of mine and my sister who tell me to do some sprints and that shit helps alot.

            yea, and you can't stress enough the cardio and VERY clean diet.

                    diet,cardo,eca, and hot mad sex for 3 hours every day.. make sure it's really hot in the home too.. and do it on and empty stomach

                      Yeah I'm a retired track star. In my prime I never did too much distance work and I was chiseled bro. n/j Sprint a 200 walk a 200. Or you can also stride the straight away and jog the turn. gym cardio is ok but this way will take you over the hump into the fat burning zone when you heartrate is up a lot more.

                        Who ever said roids were for cutting?? There is no such think as a "cutting cycle". I don't care what anyone says. There is NO AS that burns fat. None! Please name me one. Not even winny. Diet, cardio, Clen, T3 and circuit training are your best bet.

                          Maybe you're thinking too far into the word cutting or idea of cutting...gear that provides mass w/o excess fat and bloat is suitable for leanness...also if one is already cut the proper gear can make one more cut, JMHO.

                            The question posed was,"How can I cutup naturally guys without taking any roids or anything like that." Let me repeat myself, ROIDS do not cut you up. Diet and Cardio do. Ok?? Roids don't raise you metabolic rate, they don't burn fat, etc, etc...

                            Now, if you're looking for a supplement to aid in "cutting up" my suggestion would be NYC's, Clen, T3, HGH, Ephedra, etc. etc...

                              If you are cutting while using,but not using the roids for cutting and using the roids to maintain muscle mass the roids are for cutting.
