How can I cut up naturally?

      I get what you're saying bro..and I don't want to bust your balls or play the devils advocate..I agree with both theories..I also think some may ppl may never be cut anyway no matter what .

          I just did a "quick cut-up" session myself for a spring break trip i leave on tomorrow!! for real though, i decided i wanted to cut up as quick as possible and that was only 2.5 weeks ago. I adjusted my diet, bout 300 grams protien per day and 100 or less carbs, fat came mostly from All natty peanut butter and some Flaxseed oil's.... amount wasnt very certain. Took an ECA twice daily, first in the AM and then before my training session..... All in all, i've lost 6-7 pounds and more importantly atleast 2% of my BF. May not seem like a lot, but man do i feel and look a lot tighter and cut. Thats just what worked for me..... you may have to drop your carbs lower than i did. Either way bro.... Good luck to you!!

            You're alright bro...alot of the times you come around with some good post...on this one you came off kind of strong, I just wanted to chime in and stir things up a bit.

                WHATS UP HOMEBOY. Cause I know mostly some roids put on mass and water too. There are some the build solid muscle with no water bloating or whatever. What Im trying to say is that I do not wanna pop right now. I could take some test prop, eq, etc. to get solid gains but I dont want that right now. I rather spend my money later on a bulking cycle. But for now I wanna cut up the cheapest way without anything, just plain o'l diet and cardio. And about roids cutting up, I know they wont cut you up by themselves cause it takes a good clean diet and cardio for it to work.

                    Eat a good clean diet. Do 50min of cardio first thing in the morning. 30min before cardio take eca and l-glutanime. Wait aleast 30min after cardio to eat. Aslo make sure to keep training heavy so you dont lose muscle.

                        My suggestion would be an Anavar only cycle. Anavar will help you put on lean LBM with little to no water retention. It's also very low in toxicity and has virtually no side effects.

                          Guys so far so good. I ve been eating clean all week now. I feel like as if my abs are showing more, and I can see little definition starting to appear. I really didnt have a high percentage of BF but I just wanted to get rid of some, especailly my stomach area. Ive been eating eggs by themselves, no bread, tuna by its self, chicken by itself. Ive been drinking water most of the time, a gallon a day at least. I was gonna give up but I said fuck it.

                              Clen catabolic? Actually clen has shown to exhibit both ANABOLIC and thermogenic activity. With these two qualities of the drug, it is likely to promote the loss of body fat, as well as impart a MILD strength/muscle mass increase.
