Anyone wanna post their experience in keeping gains after a cycle and what is the best way to do it. Tell me exactly what you did including PCT, diet, weight lifting, cardio, etc.

For me, my pct is normally Clomid, HCG and Nolva if needed (i rarely get gyno) ... done many cycles w/o Nolva and ny gyno problems... I've been lucky on that side...
As far as training just very heavy, hard intense workout..and I may up my calories a little bit.. When I'm bulking I try not to do too much cardio... maybe 2-3 times a week... 30-45 min walkin incline on a treadmill.. thats about it..

your never gonna keep all your weight, size and strength.
its just part of the game. those who say the keep all there gains are full of ****. there would be way more 285 pounders that are 7%.
eat big, try not to lean out. I think one of the biggest mistake people make is over training. Your not going to be able to lift and recover the same way as while your on the sauce. over training is just as detrimental as under training.Badasz1@Hushmail.com

regardless of when your off, always train hard, if not harder when your off i say. make sure your taken your vitamins you know...
vitamin clomid
vitamin nolva
take your vitamins everyday, and your grapes will be back in season's harvest before you know it, and you'll keep some of what you gained.PUSH PAST THE PAIN... IT ONLY MAKES YOU STRONGER
