  • Keeping gains after cycle.

    Anyone wanna post their experience in keeping gains after a cycle and what is the best way to do it. Tell me exactly what you did including PCT, diet, weight lifting, cardio, etc.

    For me, my pct is normally Clomid, HCG and Nolva if needed (i rarely get gyno) ... done many cycles w/o Nolva and ny gyno problems... I've been lucky on that side...

    As far as training just very heavy, hard intense workout..and I may up my calories a little bit.. When I'm bulking I try not to do too much cardio... maybe 2-3 times a week... 30-45 min walkin incline on a treadmill.. thats about it..

      Ya Ive allways kept it simple up the cals a few hundred or so and novla pct. I usually lower my intestity a little bit but dont know if that helps or no

        It is always recommended to keep training super heavy after the cycle is done...

          ya good call Ill try that this time, I just figgured since the test levels are low maybe you recovery is weakend. guess not. Learn something new everyday!

              Continue to eat big and lift big. If you don't you deflate like a flat tire.

                your never gonna keep all your weight, size and strength.

                its just part of the game. those who say the keep all there gains are full of ****. there would be way more 285 pounders that are 7%.

                eat big, try not to lean out. I think one of the biggest mistake people make is over training. Your not going to be able to lift and recover the same way as while your on the sauce. over training is just as detrimental as under training.

                  i agree. i add more glutemine, creatine and over the counter supps (if trying to shed some fat) and continue with lotts of water. i try to pick up my rest and add a shake in the middle of the night (should probobly do that year round, but i dont while on)

                    take clomid and nolva ! i start a otc test booster and take creatine. i dont take creatine while on only when off

                      Like dave said pound on that Glutamine. IMHO Glutamine is the best supp after protein shake. Creatine is garbage.

                        regardless of when your off, always train hard, if not harder when your off i say. make sure your taken your vitamins you know...
                        vitamin clomid
                        vitamin nolva
                        take your vitamins everyday, and your grapes will be back in season's harvest before you know it, and you'll keep some of what you gained.

                          Deno is right on, esp the part about cardio. I learned thatthe hard way.
                          And like badasz32 overtrainig when off can make you lose a lot of your progress. But regardless, whether on or off, diet is the key.
