they have an indirect effect on my gains. there effect is mediated from them being VERY helpful at keeping me going to the gym. when off chems, there are times i dont want to go to the gym and lack motivation. the welbutrin helps especially along with provigil, to keep me motivated.
That's very understandable. Working out while off flat out sucks. Feels kinda like you're working for nothing. Going backwards even.
dhea trans= dhea transdermal although now i use dermicrine instead.
creatine mix= a ph balanced creatine with simple sugars in it that i make myself. I take 3 scoops during pct which has 5g per scoop. i only take 5 grams while on cycle.
i dont take glutamine besides in pct. split it up into 5 doses during the day of 20g each time. glutamine doesnt absorb very well so thats why i use the high dose. really helps with recovery.
also i take vitimin e, liver supps and cranberry extract.
during cycle i take proviron, cycle the hcg, and prepare for pct by starting a regimen of proscar 3 weeks before the start.
also i up my protien to 2.5x bw and only hit the gym 3 times a week no more then 70min long.
there are a couple other lil things i do to. I usually start a few other supplements that i dont take while on cycle.

controlled catabolism...What do you mean by that? Make best of the catabolic time of the day and phase?... Also, how do you know that your pct works?
how do i know it works? Well I have kept more of my gains on this pct then any other i have tryed. Same goes for the others i have had use it. Also I usually have blood test done right before the cycle and after pct. I use the saliva strips about midway through and towards the end also. this allows me to really know how well each is working. so far this pct has worked the best for me.
I do modify it some though depending on my cycle length.

CONTROLLED CATABOLISM
FOR MAX ANABOLISM
During any period in which calorie expenditure is greater than calorie absorption, a catabolic (tissue wasting) state exists. (DUH!) Bet you did not f 20 reps/leg press 3 triple drop-sets/2 down the stack sets of leg extensions/leg curls 3 triple drop sets/drop 250 calories diet
DAY 4: ARMS-Super set E.Z curls with skull crushers 4 sets/ Non stop super-set rope push-downs with preacher curls 4 sets/1 set triple drop wide bar push-downs/ 1 set down the rack DB curls. (Calories remain constant from this point through day #1 1)
DAY 5: 20-30 minute aerobic periods (Stair climber or bike) 90-120 minutes "Freaky monkey type love" sex. (With partner)
DAY 6: Repeated day #1 training , 5mg DNP per kg of body weight daily .
DAY 7: Repeated day #2 training, 5mg DNP per kg/d, 3 table spoons PG oil
DAY 8: Repeated day #3 training, 5mg DNP per kg/d, 3 table spoons PG oil
DAY 9: Repeated day #4 training, 5mg DNP per kg/d, 3 table spoons PG oil
DAY 10: Repeated day #5 training, 5mg DNP per kg/d, 3 table spoons PG oil
REPEATED SEX OLYMPICS (Again with partner)
DAY 11: Slept
*During the 11 day controlled catabolic period it was paramount that Frank drank at least one gallon of water daily. It takes a great deal of water to remove catabolic waste. A good daily multi-vitamin/mineral was a must. 1 5-50 grams of glutamine daily reduced protein loss (divided into 3-5 even dosages). Peptide glutamine is said to be best (Though valid research is lacking), and 50-100 g/d was better. Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is a great anti-oxidant wisely added to Frank's periods of DNP employment.
PG OIL MIX: 2 parts flaxseed oil/1 part extra virgin olive oil/1 part evening
primrose oil. Divided dosages into 1 tablespoon 3 times daily. 25 ml of glycerine in 16 oz of water helped, too. PG oil was used as a supply of omega 3, omega 6, and GLA fatty acids. Perfect for prostaglandin production. (Go read prostaglandins

Frank had done near non-stop AAS cycles for the past 56 months with few, if
any, off periods. At this point he was working out but small for obvious reasons on both counts. However, he was ready to become a beast now. A dangerous chemical called DNP helped burn off fat as well as clear out androgen (and other) receptorsites.
I over train severely for 14 days . during these days I drop calories each day while keeping my protien high. I get down to just 300g of protien by the 12th day. Carbs are completely gone from day one. i mean zero carbs besides the trace carbs in my protien powder.
I work out 2xs a day. in the morning i do cardio for 1.5 hours. at night i work with weight super setting for 1.5 hours. I dunno if you have ever lifted hard after 5-6 days of zero carbs but its torture.
the last day before my cycle starts i sleep atleast 12 hours each day and rest all day.
if your able to handle it and your expierenced enough DNP is another great compound to add to help up regulate your receptors.
I then start my cycle. I front load every cycle as my cycles are short. I prefer to do 6 week cycles with prop as my base. I front load with susp the first 3 days. I then super saturate my body with calories. On day one I try and eat 400-500g protien(as close to 500 as i can handle) and around 500g carbs(making sure I take in simple sugars early in the day and no simple sugars after 3pm). I do this for the first 7-10 days. After that i back the carbs off a bit and get on my normal diet of 2xs bw in protien. 1x bw in good carbs and the rest of the cals in good fats.

tren ace w/tren transdermal frontload
superdrol
if you wonder why i do this. well ever seen somebody that has been dieting a long time for a show? ever seen how they stuff their face right afterwards? ever see how much they lean muscle they add in the short 2-3 week span right after a show?
well thats the principle here, except keeping it in a controlled environment.
By the time your ready to start your cycle, your body will be begging for something anabolic.
is during your cycle. it consist of HCG(self explanatory) and Proscar. Proscar has been shown to increase the effectiveness of serms if you prior to their use, thus the reason for including it. sorry i cant really state more, would love to go into more detail but the site i used to get the info from on this study is down.

Because i use short acting esters always to end my cycles my pct starts the day after my cycle ends.
I no longer include the dhea trans dermal as I have found something better. I now use a product called Sustain Alpha by Primordial Performance. It is specifically designed to increase your body's production of testosterone. Also the dermacrine works well also and contains the dhea. I use the in a ramping down fashion because i feel that later in the pct my body should be producing test on its own much easier.
I then use CEE and a Ph balanced creatine mix. This allows me to keep most if not all my strength . I use massive amounts to super saturate my muscles with it. Also helps to keep my weight up.
I use 100g glutamine because your body only absorbs around 20%. This helps me with recovery big time. I notice when i don't take it during pct.
I then choose a serm and a aromatase in activator. I happen to use 2 serms for this reason because I feel that serms are the most important part of pct and I feel toremifene is the best with tamoxifen a close second. So I choose to use these in combination. After trial and error and using each alone during pct i feel I respond better to both in combination.
the reason i chose exemestane is because unlike many other aromatase in activators it doesn't interfere with serms and their mechanisms. Thus making it the ideal aromatase in activator to use here.
I use vitamin c to keep me from getting sick. i use vitamin e because studies have shown that it helps with the potency of serms.
post-pct is the controlled catabolism

Also if one is advanced they should use peptides during pct. A protocol involving a 3 week cycle of igf in combination with mgf, followed immediately afterwards by a 3 week cycle of HGH frag is the best protocol imo.
