if i remeber correctly vit B5 helps a good bit. something about pantothenic(sp?) acid properites.
now i apologize if this absolute incorrect but i a going completely off memory. i cant access much on the net and my personal computer is not with me.

Black soap. The soap is black and it is with the Black people products. It works really good at reducing acne and it is cheap. We get it at Wal-mart for a couple bucks. I'll check tonight on what brand it is.

The brand is Ultra Glow.

I don't know what makes it different. My wife was always trying different stuff for her skin, until she found this - it works very well.

The unique ingredient may be the "Black Iron Oxide".

i'll give it a try (if i can find it) AND REPORT BACK. THE NUTRAGENA (SP?) SEEMS TO WORK OK. IT DRY'S THEM OUT OK BUT IT'S A BIT PRICEY

never tried apple cider long enough to do any good...but people wear by it
I have got terible, i mean horrible cystic acne on 3 of my cycles...a family friend who is a respected dermatoligist told me it spread so bad from trying to pop them, and the bacteria goes back into the skin ad spreads..this cycle the acne started the same way as always, and i did not touch it...no popping...no hard scrubbing...just normal business..and it just went away after a few pimples....not all the way, but i only have 2-3 on my body at a time...not a piece of peporoni pizza
