I went the forever solution after my first cycle. I took Accutane for about a month or so and it worked and still does work wonders. It's hard on the liver though, but I got my blood work during and after and my liver functions were champeen. Well worth it.

i use netragena (sp?...ask the wife, she'll know). it's a body scrub

Black soap. The soap is black and it is with the Black people products. It works really good at reducing acne and it is cheap. We get it at Wal-mart for a couple bucks. I'll check tonight on what brand it is.

I dont' get acne on the shoulders so I don't know what to tell you for that. But, I do get it on the back if I don't shower twice a day or hit the pool. For me, and this is what I did as a teenager, hitting the pool is best. My parents have a pool and I would used the pool from april to about september sometimes october. I remember coming home from football practice in the fall and jumping into the pool and letting the clorine clean out all my pores. My worst acne was always winter time unless I showered twice a day. So, for me, the pool has always been best, especially after a hard workout and all your pores are open. The chlorine will dry all the oil up and keep you from breaking out. But, the hot tub is not the same IMO. The hot tub keeps your pores open but the cooler water of the pool will close them. Some guys I know like to get in the hot tub to open the pores and then get in the pool to let the chlorine clean out the oils and then close the pores up.

Tanning always helps too.....seems to clear things up for me along with the other suggestions posted above. Luckily I never have serious acne problems though. BSH

tanning and changing shirt often to avoid oils resting on top of skin.

the only thing that really makes me break out it when I come off of EQ! wierd

I have used accutaine (worked great), tanning for immediate releif, but I heard that proactive works real good, wolfy was talking about that awhile ago I beleive, maybe he can tell us his experience with it.

if i remeber correctly vit B5 helps a good bit. something about pantothenic(sp?) acid properites.
now i apologize if this absolute incorrect but i a going completely off memory. i cant access much on the net and my personal computer is not with me.

Bump! I usually dont break out bad until after cycles but I use tetracycline and it works good. It takes a while for it to get going and you also have got to use it as directed just like any other antibiotic.

Nizoral 1% otc, or prescription strength 2%. Used as a body wash will do wonder for acne.
