Re: WHEN YOUR ON
same ****, every day, whether i'm on or off. except for november and december coz the holidays always have me travelling and eating loads of crap. these are the mainstays:
7am- 10 large eggs (8 whites, 2 whole)
16 oz low sugar juice
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
2 cups water
9:30 am- 8oz. turkey breast
8 oz. sweet potatoes
12pm- 8 oz. salmon or chicken breast
salad
vegetables
2:30pm- 7oz. tuna
8oz. brown rice
5pm- myoplex
6:15- train
8pm- PWO shake
2 cups water
2 scoops protein powder
1 scoop dextrose
9pm- 2 chicken breasts
salad
8oz brown rice
10:30pm- tablespoon organic flax oil
bed!!!
like i said, that is the basic daily plan. i can't lie, every now and then i have a cheeseburger, pizza, or a beer. but as i've gotten older i have gotten more concerned about my health and body composition (maily because i hold fat much more easily than i used to) and i figure the best way to maintain good health is through my diet and training.
