    i try to eat clean but it never works...so i just eat anything and everything..as much as i can...

        I'm a clean complex carb and lean meat eater. Lots of rice and clean whole grain pasta. At least a pound of lean meat a day...lean ground, filets, pork, chicken breast. For breakfast I do 3 eggs, sometimes only 1 egg yolk, depends, then gotta have my cheese grits. I also blend a cup of plain oatmeal in my shakes. I try to hit 4000 good calories a day.

          I really don't count anything anymore. I just eat about 5 times a day and that's about it.

            i try to keep the protein up around 2 grams per pound of bodyweight so i usually try to keep it around 360 to 380 and keep the carbs on the low side, mainly veggies after noon meal. i don't have time to weigh everything so i weigh up the protein but everything else is eyeballed and i keep an eye on the scale and the mirror.
            You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

                Iwill eat every two hours. All meals are planned out in advance and are carried with me. Try to get about 3500 - 4000 good calories per day while on.
                I feel if I'm gonna spend my money for AAS, I may as well get the best benifit from it I can.
                When I'm off, it's a kind of different story.
                Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

                    I try to get at 4500 to 5000 cals a day while on. The majority of them are clean..... but in the middle of the night.....the twinkies are in danger.

                      Every day I eat 40oz of meat and two big protein shakes. After that everything is fair game. I just graze LOL.

                        I eat as many calories as possible. I would like to eat clean, but who am I kidding...It is impossible to put up 4000+ calories eating tuna and mahi mahi. If you want to get big, you have to eat big. Juice or not, your body needs calories to grow on. If you claim that this program will make you fat, then I urge you to take a look at your cardio activity; if you do any at all. What I'm saying is you won't get big if you are starving your body and neglecting it of the calories required to grow. eat, Eat, EAT!!!

                          I have always been pretty anal about what I eat with the exception of sweets here and there. So I don't really count or watch what I eat.

                            40% carbs
                            40% protein
                            20% fat

                            usually i eat around 3500 to 4k close to 7 meals a day.

                            if your eating clean it is very hard to eat more then 4k a day.

                              Depends on the cycle. If I'm going to gain, I pretty much eat anything and everything, with reason. I don't like fast food burgers but I will eat a couple spicy chicken sandwiches from Wendy's every now and then. If I'm trying to stay leaner, I'm more careful about what I eat. In other words, my 'snacks' won't be a bowl of ceral then will be low sugar and low carb snacks. I definately push the sugars and refined carbs down when trying to get leaner. But, at night is when I seem to have the worst sweet tooth. Not right after the gym when I can use it, but at night. So that's a problem for me. I try to make things like caffiene free green tea with sugar substitute to satisfy the sweet tooth some, but it doesn't alway work. It's a struggle I've had since I got married. My wife, the genetice freak, has a bad sweet tooth. She's 5'10.5" and only 125 to 130 pounds. She never gaisn weight. Even her mom and dad are still pretty thin and they eat like total crap. Before her, I could care less about sweets and I was able to stay leaner more easily.
                              I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
