i agree with t-man and no more then 1/2 cc and i would inject prop! i've done calves a few times and sometimes it's ok, but when it's not..... it's f-ed up! i would do traps instead... i love them! chest is easy, but alittle scary just because..LOL! the main thing is start with small shots like 1/2cc and if you want to go up once that spot feels ok! i just shot too much in my rear delt and it was been jacked up all week! it's not red but just swollen and sore! i did 1 3/4cc rather then 1-1 1/4 max! my fault!!

By the way, when I hit calves I only do 1/2 cc in each one, so that may be why I had less pain. Also, the first time I did it when I had the pain I rubbed the site in real good. This is something I stopped doing at all sites and it seems the painsis less when you don't try to rub it in. But, a whole cc in each for a first time would be suite a shock.

My first ever injection was in my right calf with 250mg of nutri-vet test.
I walked like a retard for about 6 days. I told everyone I strained my calf tendon.

I've been considering them for a couple of year but never had the nerve.

Ive hit traps before, BUT NOTHING compares to calf injections. I used to hit them for some site growth (it doesnt work btw) and it never was easy and always painful the next 4-5 days. How guys pump synthol in them I have no idea, thats 2 injects per calf per day......YIKES!!!! And yes Dave Pecs and Bis are in this year, get to work

It only happens the first time. It happened to me the same way the first time and after that no more probs. But, I make sure to ony hit them once every 2 weeks to spread it out. But, yeah, I couldn't walk for like 4-5 days and I certainly couldn't hit calves that week. But all the others were no prob. And, I got big calves too...
