I started out at 177@ 10-12%bf Fecking Tanita isn't accurate from what I hear. And by Week 6 I was 183@ 7-9%Bf. Since I stopped even with a restricted diet I'm having problems with my lower back. Stubborn fat deposits there I can't seem to get rid of.Originally posted by ironfist

Why split it up? Because the sides (shakes/jitters, racing heart, etc.) won't be as bad when the total dose is split throughout the day. You take it all at once and bam, you get it....all at once!Originally posted by Ripped Guinea
Why bother splitting it up? The half life of clen is long enough where it is not necessary. I take the full dosage (120mcg) every day at lunch.It's better to burn out, than to fade away...
