      I've done it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

      I was talking about the T-3 dosages before.

            Some places sell liquid clen. Do they just crush up tabs into powder or is the powder actually sold? If so what would the name of the powder be?

                I read somewhere that the half-life is 36 hours, and Bathgate said clens half-life is bi-phasic that's why it's longer.

                  I started out at 177@ 10-12%bf Fecking Tanita isn't accurate from what I hear. And by Week 6 I was 183@ 7-9%Bf. Since I stopped even with a restricted diet I'm having problems with my lower back. Stubborn fat deposits there I can't seem to get rid of.

                        Why split it up? Because the sides (shakes/jitters, racing heart, etc.) won't be as bad when the total dose is split throughout the day. You take it all at once and bam, you get it....all at once!

                              its biphasic. the first is 8-12 hrs, so splitting the dose 2x ed is good.

                              the second is about 3 days.
