and in front in the thick meaty area.
I have had swelling issues a few times. Nothing but irritation but it is uncomfortable. When I hit the side I got what looked like a bad case of gyno till the swelling went down.
After that I started hitting the front thicker area.
Usually no problems but tightness, unfortunately I hit both pecs a week or two ago and one side swelled up badly - not infrection type of thing at all just irriation again, but it was bad enough to prevent me from benching and it was swollen out to my armpit and even brusied up a bit.
The other side was perfectly fine.
After a few days it was still sore as heck but I did soem light chest work and it seemed to help work it out. It brusied a bit but the swelling started to go down the next day.
If you do the pec inj. it is a nice easy spot to control and see what you're doing but be prepared for some tightness in the musclea nd stretch it out or work that group soon after the inj. - just my opinion.

I also hit mine straight on. The skin is a little tuff or thick so I have to stick the pec with some speed but after that its easy piezy.Comment

I agree! But that's a very logical question bro, glad to see you taking the time to think things out. But, the gyno response is the result of the body's reaction to high test levels, and not where the test goes. If you are prone to it, it won't matter where you shoot. Just keep an eye on it and if you get some sensitivity go to one of our sponsors and get some liquid aroma, that will knock it right out.
