whats up brothers, just started my 2 weeks on cycle of clen, just wondering what you guys take with it to avoid sides. I know you need to take electrolites and potassium to avoid cramps and dehydration related sides. But im sure you guys have some other tricks up your sleeves so any advice would be appreciated? Also how low should i go on carbs while on? I usually go really low during the week then carb up a bit on the weekend. thanks bros

IM TAKING MULTI, GALLONS OF WATER , WHEY, VERY CLEAN HIGH PROTEIN DIET. NO PROBLEMS YET BUT WANT TO START POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT SOON. ONLY UP TO .40MCGS SO FAR ,SHIT IS STRONG! MY FIRST FEW WORK OUT HAVE BEEN GREAT AND ITS DEFINITELY NOT A PLACEBO EFFECT.

I take multi in the morning, 1 gram taurine before gym, 10 grams ribose after gym, and zma before bed. And the clen i take 120mcg at lunch time. You shouldnt have to supplement with potassium, because if you are following a proper diet, or taking a multi like you should be, it is non-essential. And the taurine you only need on gym days, because it is only depleted during your workout.
