First Time Sustenol Cycle

My First Shot,

Had my first shot yesterday morning..it was pretty painless...surprisingly. At least I had someone else give me the shot so I didn't see it coming. I am seeing a docter that is monitoring my blood pressure, weight, testes size etc... and he is also my source (Lucky break hey)

I had 1 shot of Sustenon250 and came out feeling like a superman, must be a phsycological thing. Did my workout that night like a madman and noticed that my pump was a lot better that usual, and as we speak my biceps still feel pumped and even look like I've just come out the gym.

Is it possible for Sustenon to have such a fast effect or is it just my imagination playing tricks on me, will the pumps also get better and better and what could be a reasonable time period to physically see a increase in size of biceps, tri's etc...
