I will be starting a 10 week cycle of Sustenol250 once a week. In my first cycle should I notice significant strentgh and mass increases? or will this only come at a much later stage?
Also, would you guys recomment taking some Clomid or Nolvadex as well, and why.
What would be the best types of food to consume and what should I stay away from?
Well how about this...you tell me what clomid and nolvadex do...and then we'll give you advice. I doesn't sound like you have too much knowledge about the world you're looking to step into. Look to the search button in the top right corner and you'll help your body and your mind.

If you can, i would up the dose to a bare minimum of 500mg/wk. You should keep Nolva on hand just in case, b/c it prevents gyno(***** tits). Clomid will be needed post-cycle to get you natrual test levels back to normal.
consume at least 200g+ of protein, 300g+ of carbs. Stay away from alcohol and McDonalds and stuff like that.

I prefer to start out on 250mg per week for 10 weeks just to get going for the first time. After that I will re-evaluate everything and make a dcision if I will be doing a second cycle or not.
I'm on my first cycle, sust250 & EQ. I'm in my 3rd week and I've noticed a lot more endurance in training, bigger pumps, and jumps in strength. Initially I was on 250mgs sust a week plus 200 mg EQ, but I felt I wasn't getting the most out of it. So I upped it to 500mg sust and 400 mg EQ (taken in 2 shots) . I am definetly starting to look bigger and better, more like a bodybuilder than I have every looked. Get plenty of rest, you will need it after the workouts you're going to have. Don't be alarmed if the shots hurt at first, heat the gear for 30 secs in a microwave before shooting it - it's much less painful. I'm not using an anti-e and haven't noticed the need for any.
